The Department of Pharmacology is inviting applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level. The Department teaches medical, dental, nursing, pharmacy and life science students at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants with strong research background in immunopharmacology, immunotherapy, or immune disease target and drug discovery are encouraged to apply. The Assistant Professor is expected to establish excellence in research, compete for independent extramural research funding, and participate in undergraduate and graduate level teaching.
The applicant should have a PhD or MD/PhD preferably in pharmacology or immunology, with at least 3-4 years of postdoctoral training in relevant research areas and a strong publication track record.
