We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate strong technical skills and expertise in core molecular biology techniques such as RNA extraction, PCR (including primer design), gel electrophoresis, DNA cloning, sequence analysis, DNA mutagenesis, and protein expression. A working knowledge of single cell PCR and/or NextGen sequencing would be advantageous but is not essential. The candidate should have the ability to independently carry out experiments, interpret results and design strategies for future investigations. A strong scientific background, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential for this role.
You should have a minimum of a BSc in a biological sciences plus either a PhD or equivalent research experience in an academic or industrial research lab.
