Postdoctoral Fellow-Immunology and Aging
National Institute on Aging, NIH
Baltimore, MD
We are seeking for a postdoctoral fellow to study the molecular mechanisms that may cause the decline of T cell functions with aging at the Laboratory of Molecular Biology and Immunology, National Institute on Aging, NIH, which is located in Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Baltimore, Maryland. Specifically, we are interested in the following two areas: 1) epigenetic regulation of transcription changes in CD8 T cell differentiation and its change with aging and 2) antigen-specific TCR repertoire and its change with aging. Experience in molecular biology and immunology is required. Applicants must have a Ph.D. and/or M.D. and less than five years of postdoctoral experience. To apply, applicants should send their Curriculum Vitae, a description of past research accomplishments, and future research interests, and three names for reference to Dr. Nan-ping Weng at Wengn@mail.nih.gov.
The NIH is dedicated to building a diverse community in its training and employment programs.
