Postdoctoral Position in Atherosclerosis and Vascular Biology

A position is available at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy and Immunology in the research group of Dr. Catherine Hedrick to study the role of specific myeloid cell subsets in the rogression of atherosclerosis. The project will include a variety of in vitro and in vivo approaches using mouse models of atherosclerosis. The successful candidate should have a PhD or MD. Experience in working with mice or myeloid cells in general is necessary. Excellent written and verbal skills are expected.

Salary: La Jolla Institute postdoctoral payscale based on NIH recommendations, commensurate with experience.
