A postdoctoral position is available in the laboratory of Peter A. Savage, Ph.D., at the University of Chicago, Department of Pathology. Research will focus on fundamental aspects of regulatory T cell biology, including antigen specificity, thymic development, and the role of Aire in promoting Treg cell development. A Ph.D. in the biomedical sciences is required. Extensive experience with in vitro immunological assays, in vivo mouse models, and molecular biology is highly desired.
