Postdoctoral Positions

Two postdoctoral positions are available immediately to study immunity against viruses and mechanisms of chronic inflammation. Our objectives are to uncover novel functions of IL-36 and Pellino proteins in the skin and liver. The research will employ both cell culture models as well as mouse experiments. A number of knockout mouse strains are already available in the laboratory.

Requirements: Candidates should have a recent Ph.D. degree, comprehensive experience documented through publications with molecular and cell biology techniques, high level of proficiency in written and spoken English and willingness and ability to handle mice and infectious material. Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated experience with immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, protein purification, animal handling and general virology.
