Job Description: We use mouse models and human translational studies to investigate how specific fibroblast populations amplify inflammation and damage tissue structure in rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune diseases. Projects include defining how fibroblast populations expand during inflammatory arthritis and understanding how genetic regulation effects IL-6 production in human primary fibroblasts and synovial tissue. Job Qualification: Applicants should have an MD and/or PhD degree and excellent oral and written communication skills. Desired skills include experience with mouse genetics, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, or gene transcription
