Notice to NIH and other Federal Government Employees
Employees of the federal government who have applied to their agencies for approval to attend IMMUNOLOGY 2016™ (AAI Annual Meeting in Seattle, WA, May 13 – 17) but have not received approval by the early registration deadline (March 30, 2016) should contact meetings@aai.org for assistance. Include in your email:
- full name
- registration category (Regular or Student)
- agency/institute, and
- date of your request for approval.
Undergraduate, High School Student, High School Teacher Registration
Undergraduate students, high school students, and high school teachers will receive free registration at the meeting. Participants must register on site in Seattle. Registration will not be accepted in advance. To receive a complimentary registration on site, please bring a student/teacher ID card or a letter signed by your department head, research advisor, principal, or teacher. We request that high school students be accompanied by a registered adult at all time.
Graduate Student Registration (including all AAI Student Members)
You must have a department head or research advisor certify your student eligibility. If registering online, enter the name and email address of your department head whom AAI may contact to certify your eligibility. If registering at the meeting, bring your student ID card or a letter signed by your department head. “Student” will be indicated on your badge. Postdoctoral fellows, hospital residents, interns, and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students and must pay the full member or nonmember rate.
